Cold brewing tea is great and simple, and it brings out a naturally sweet, delicate and smooth flavour with very low astringency and low caffeine.
Guide to Cold Brewing
Loose-leaf tea – Cold, filtered water – A jar, bottle, or pitcher
Basic ratio – 1 gram of loose-leaf tea per 100 ml water or 2 Tsp per cup.
1. Add tea to your container.
2. Pour in cold, filtered water.
3. Cover and refrigerate.
# Silver Needle Tea (12 hrs – overnight)
# Habre and Ruby Black Tea (6 – 8 hrs)
