After shredding the tough outer leaves – finely sliced fibrous inner stem from the tender part of the bottom third. The stems are withered in the sun and hand processed.

Brewing Guide
- Boil a cup of water on the pot
- As the water starts to boil, pour a tablespoon of lemongrass into the pot
- Cover the pot and low down the heat (do not turn off) for 40 seconds
- Pour your lemongrass tea into your teacup using a strainer
- Your Lemongrass tea is ready
