Description
A lightly oxidised oolong that leans gracefully toward the softness of white tea. It’s a lightly oxidised (approximately 50%), delicate in character, featuring tender buds and silvery, tightly rolled wiry leaves. Chunky, colourful, twisted leaves with layered complexity, this progressively oxidised tea is produced only during the autumn season. The liquor is orange, offering crips, buttery, and earthy notes.
